WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates we are unable to accept returns. If you are unsatisfied in any way with a shipment you have received, please contact us and we will do our best to make your experience with The Naked Truffle a pleasant one.
WHAT KIND OF CHOCOLATE DO YOU USE?
We use a variety of chocolates based on their flavor and different propreities they posses, everything fron Valhrona to Cacao Barry to many more. We make a point of sourcing single-origin chocolates to create products where we know specifically where the beans are grown and how the people are treated within the agricultural cropping.
WHAT IS ORIGIN CHOCOLATE?
Most chocolates are blends. Origin chocolate comes from a single origin, or place i.e. Ghana, Tanzania, etc. Each origin chocolate has its own distinctive features.
DO YOU USE ANY ORGANIC INGREDIENTS?
Yes, we use as many organic ingredients as possible!
WHY IS YOUR CHOCOLATE PREMIUM PRICED?
We use the finest ingredients and the highest quality chocolate in all of our products. Many of our ingredients are exotic and come from all over the world. In addition, we do not use any artificial preservatives in our chocolate, only fresh cream, chocolate, and spices. Our products require a great deal of care, which is costly.
WHAT ALLERGENS ARE CONTAINED IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
All of our products are handmade in a facility and using equipment that processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, and soy. Certain truffles contain Milk, soy, peanuts, gluten or and tree nuts. In additional all of our products with chocolate contain soy lecithin, which is an emulsifier, preventing the cocoa butter from separating from the cocoa mass.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? HOW CAN I TRACK A PACKAGE?
When you place your order on the website or by phone, if you provide an email address, you will receive a USPS Tracking email once your package(s) ships out from our facility. This email will contain the tracking number for the package(s), which you can then use to track your package.
